Help & Feed, powered by Sai Dham Food Bank – a nonprofit organization and one of the leading food banks in Ontario, works towards a single mission: “To ensure that no one in our Province faces food insecurity.” Through various programs, we provide access to essential groceries and fresh produce for seniors, homeless individuals, students and families in need.
